Corporate training courses focus on:

‘The care, welfare, safety and security of your employees’.

One or two day seminars are available which concentrate on the prevention and early intervention of inappropriate / unwanted behaviour. Training focuses on the following:

Identifying possible areas of conflict

  • Methods of moving/removing individuals in a dignified and supportive manner
  • Learning from experience
  • Logging incidents
  • The Law in relation to restraint is also explored

Our corporate training programmes also highlights the ‘duty of care’ employees have both to their company, colleagues and any other individuals who may be affected by their acts or omissions.
